After a long walk around Nationaal Biermuseum De Boom, go to this restaurant and have a rest here. At Heinde & Ver Alkmaar, you will be served International cuisine. The truth is that you will really like good salads. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is unpleasant here. Leuk restaurant, met een mooie inrichting. Het aanbod was groot en de gerechtjes hadden een hele goede portie(niet te groot), en waren lekker. De gerechten waren te bestellen via de QR-code, en de service was goed. Echter was het bestellen niet ideaal, je moet vaak opnieuw inloggen door de QR-code te scannen, en soms komen gerechtjes niet. De drankjes moest je bestellen bij het personeel, dat was top, de bediening handelde snel en je zat geen seconde zonder drinken. Erg leuk concept, echt waar voor je geld en het eten ziet er erg goed uit en is zeer goed bereid ( alleen sushirollen erg vet en zwaar op de maag). Het restaurant is ook erg sfeervol plus de jonge bediening zeer netjes en goed opgeleid. Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker terug. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Bit noisy, food portions are extremely small and you can only order 2 courses + 1 side at a time. You can repeat but the time interval between servings is mandatory and ends up being considerable. It was a really fun experience! The food was considerably good and the variety was great. There are ~10 vegetarian options, ~10 fish options and ~20 meat options. Which makes it arguably well balanced. Drinks are all included with some exceptions, but then still, as example: special beers were just €1,50 extra and €8,00 for a bottle of Cava. Heineken beer (also 0%), red/white wine, coffee/tea and soda's are all included in the price! The only remark I have is about the acoustics of the venue. The best restaurant in Alkmaar! The most delicious food, the staffs are nice and respectfull, although they are so young, they are so great in their job and polite! Food was great, and as was the service. About 20 mins waiting time per round. The only downside is noisiness... The sound hit 80 decibel at full capacity. I'dd suggest a wall of fake plants, it'll absorb a lot of echo and it'd fit nicely with the decor. Quite good for veggies, not the place for noise sensitive people :)
