The intimate atmosphere of Hibby's Sports Grille allows guests to relax after a hard working day. The staff is said to be friendly here. Service at this place is something one can call prompt. Here you will pay reasonable prices. This spot scored 4.5 in the Google rating system.
Came in for lunch and waited about 10 minutes. Dang sure worth the wait! The food was outstanding! I had the pot roast sandwich and it came with more seasoned steak fries I could possibly eat! It was one of the BEST sandwiches I've had! I'm waiting to go back to try more. My husband had the fried shrimp and the were delish! Fried perfectly, not greasy at all! The lady who took our drink order, brought our delish chili to us and checked on us was great!! Our server on the other hand was not...the other lady was helping her and she was even taking 4-5 tables too! I will ask for her for sure!

The owners were VERY understanding when a banking situation, and us being from out of town, however we were able to resolve it within minutes! Will definitely be back again!!

Updated review: Wait Your Turn - A Disappointing Experience
Fellow Hibby’s enthusiasts: even if the sign asks you to wait to be seated, if you see an empty seat, claim it for yourself, because apparently, at Hibby’s, it's survival of the hungriest.
Hibby’s is my favorite go-to place any time I get the opportunity to go out to eat. I've recommended it countless times as the best place in town to eat, bragging on how amazing their food is. Our company even hosted our Christmas dinner there.
However, my recent visit left me thoroughly disappointed.
Tonight, when I arrived at Hibby’s, I noticed the waiting room was reasonably full, and, adhering to the sign's instructions, I patiently waited to be added to the waiting list to be seated.
As I stood there, I spotted 2 seats at the bar that were potentially available. Since I was alone and didn't need a table all to myself. I decided I would happily sit at the bar.
But, were those seats genuinely available, did someone take off to the bathroom for a moment, or were they being saved? Uncertain, I followed the guidelines and waited for assistance. Unfortunately, despite making eye contact with several wait staff members, none approached me for assistance.
Understanding the wait staff were far too busy to help me, I assumed the gentleman behind the counter must be the one seating customers. While helping the patron at the counter, the employee goes to the back to seek assistance from the floor manager. While the manager took over at the counter, I assumed the guy would now assist me. Nope. I was wrong. He walked off. To where? I don’t know. But it wasn’t to assist me, that’s for sure.
With busy wait staff still passing me by, I’m now waiting on the manager to assist me.
Meanwhile, as I’m patiently waiting, a couple walk in and pull a stunt straight out of a sitcom – they bypass the line (me) and approach the manager as she’s finishing up at the counter. This guy leans in to talk to her, he and she both look at the bar, she responds to him, and the couple walk on to sit at the bar.
As the couple go to take their seats, the manager turns to me and asks if she could help.
I informed her that she couldn’t help me because she just gave away the last two seats at the bar to the people who just bypassed the one and only person waiting to be helped.
Her response was to inform me that NEXT TIME, I don’t need to wait to be seated at the bar, I can just seat myself.
I had chosen to wait for staff assistance, assuming it was the courteous thing to do. Unfortunately, that was the wrong decision. It's disheartening to feel overlooked and disregarded, especially at a place I've held in such high regard for so long.
In hindsight, a simple acknowledgment or timely intervention from the staff could have prevented this situation. The manager could have asked the couple to wait momentarily, allowing me, who had been patiently waiting, the opportunity to take the available seats.
In conclusion, while Hibby’s has been a favorite of mine for a long time, this recent incident has left a sour taste. I hope this feedback helps in addressing customer service issues and ensures a more enjoyable experience for future patrons.

I had the Blue Cheese Burger with seasoned fries and my wife had the cod basket with steak fries. After traveling all day almost didn't go in because the parking lot was full but we were glad we did! Great service and large portions. My burger was huge and three large pieces of cod came with my wife's meal. Highly recommend!

I had the bbq pulled pork sandwich with seasoned crinkle fries... delicious. This is in my hometown, and I eat here each time I visit. Always great food and friendly staff.

Spectacular little bar!
We came into town to get supplies for our float trip and decided to stop and grab a bite. My wife had the pizza, it was about a 9inch so good for one person. You can "build your own pizza" which was great. I got the fried pickles and medium wings. Pickles are deep fried pickles chips, and were wonderful. For the wings you can choose all flats or all drums, and I got medium which was a pretty standard buffalo sauce. Our bartender was Andrew, he was super knowledgeable and helpful. Food service was quick and accurate, and the price was awesome.
