The restaurant offers wonderful view on the ocean. The taste of food varies, the spicy and salt is not very common in food. But we had also wonderful fish here. I recommend, atmosphere is great

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent dining experience at Hiti Mahana Restaurant, located at Le Tahiti Pearl Hotel. We had reserved a table for five people at 6:30 PM for dinner and ordered appetizers and main courses. The salad arrived promptly, but the dressing was overly sour and unpleasant.
After 2 hours of waiting for our main courses, we approached our server to inquire about the delay. She repeatedly assured us that our meals would be ready shortly but failed to provide any specific information or apologies for the extended wait.
As it neared 8:00 PM, with our children growing increasingly restless, we decided to cancel our order. We notified our server and the restaurant manager, who was equally dismissive and offered no apologies for the subpar service and the significant delay in receiving our meals.
As guests of Le Tahiti Pearl Hotel, we had anticipated a high level of service and attention to detail throughout our stay. The lack of professionalism and empathy demonstrated by the staff at Hiti Mahana Restaurant was a stark contrast to the generally positive experience we had at the hotel.
We sincerely hope that the restaurant management takes our feedback seriously and implements measures to improve the service standards and customer satisfaction. The current level of service is not commensurate with the reputation of the Le Tahiti Pearl Hotel and its commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.

**Extremely Dissatisfied Experience at Haiti Mahana**
My family and I had a terrible experience at Haiti Mahana restaurant. We made a reservation for 6:30 pm and arrived promptly. After receiving menus and placing our orders, we waited patiently for over an hour without receiving our food. When we inquired about our order at 7:30 pm, we were told that our food was on its way. However, after another half an hour passed, we decided to leave since it was clear that our meal was not a priority.
When we approached the staff to inform them of our decision to leave, they did not apologize for the significant delay or offer any explanation. Their lack of empathy and professionalism only compounded our frustration. We proceeded to the reception to settle the bill and were met with the same indifference.
Overall, our experience at Haiti Mahana was unacceptable. The restaurant's poor service, lack of communication, and unwillingness to address our concerns left a negative impression that we will not soon forget.

Don't waist your time and money here, we waited more than 1.5 hours for our orders and then decided to leave as no one served us, aside for the drinks and the bread, we didn't got nothing.
It's a shame that such good hotel have such bad restaurant. I wish I have read all the reviews before as I just realized they are all the same - bad service and bad food!!!

Les plats servis ne correspondent pas à la description sur le menu. Dans la salade tahitienne il devait y avoir du taro et du fei… introuvable. Le carpaccio de bœuf est très bien présenter mais manque cruellement d’assaisonnement.
Le cadre est sympa, mais 45 minutes d’attentes pour un poisson cru, 2 carpaccio de bœuf et une salade tahitienne (que des plats sans cuisson).

Decue. Il n y a que le cadre pour sauver l ambiance. personnel souvent pas pro, desagreable, les plats ne sont pas originaux et rien d exceptionnel pour un hotel étoilé. sur le deck, c est pire, tout ce qui etait bon sur la carte a été enlevé . il ne reste pas grand chose de bon. si on veux des dessert il faut retourner au restaurant, sauf si on veux un magnum. Choix de plats restreint sur le deck. On a attendu notre café....... non en fait on l a jamais eu. J ai pas vérifié sur la note , j avais hate de partir, car apres 15 000F d en cas a 3, ma fille voulait faire un saut a la piscine( ou il n y avait a peine qu'une dizaine de personne dont la moitié des enfants) avec un copain de classe qui avait pris une chambre, elle s est fait blakboulé par 2 serveurs et le vigil qui l attendait au bord. Franchement avec une cuisine deplorable,un service exsecrable, et des clients qui se battent pas au portillon, on a qu'une envie c est que l hotel soit repris par quelq'un de compétent
