Wasn't what I was expecting. Food was mediocre, salty and oily fried rice, flavorless beef and the lobster was so waste of money. The place was congested and looked dark and dingy. Service was great!! Our server was on top of our whole table's needs regarding refills and clearing up the dishes. Overall good experience but not for what the on going price is. It is a great place. It's not really big so I recommend making a reservation. The food is excellent and our chef Joseph was great. He put on a great show for us and even offered us some extra options I have not had before. Where do I start... We were a group of 4, the food was fresh and our chef Ronnie made everything melt in our mouths, from the steak to the scallops, made to perfection. We had a Birthday party and the locals at out table got into the fun with us. Great atmosphere and the service was top notch, from our hostess to our drink drink servers. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Ronnie was a total goof ball, had us laughing all through dinner with great entertainment too. Thanks for the great memories. We all recommend Hokkaido!
