This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Harrisburg Area. The food is always high quality and their specials are incredible. The staff is very professional; sociable without interrupting. We love the ever-changing menu. The mixologist is our favorite part, because they’re always coming up with the most delicious cocktails. We don’t actually drink very much because we’re picky, so I feel like that’s saying something lol. The only downside is that the restaurant is a little small, so if there’s a big party or tasting reservation it can get a little overwhelming, but the rest of the experience more than makes up for it! This place has a cozy, home feel to it. We did a Sunday brunch. I recommend making reservations because it was full. The menu had so many tantalizing options. It's definitely a quaint spot for a brunch with friends. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The best Brussel Sprouts and Halibut I've ever had. Compliments to the chef for putting Harrisburg on the culinary map! Home 231 isn't particularly fancy but is perfectly adequate for the menu price point and its intended clientelle.
