The water is testing at 26ppm now and it was at 10ppm last week which means your filter is getting dirtier to the point that particulate matter is getting through the Filtration process. I know the filters are expensive but remember we are paying you top dollar for pure water. Your water should be at Zero ppm and definitely no more than 20ppm. Please fix this problem. This place is such a hit or miss. One day they are the nicest people the next they are rude as all get out. Multiple time I’ve waited at the counter to check out and they just sitting on boxes in the back talking. Seems like if the older lady is not there who I’m assuming is the manager it’s just a hang out session. And then the way they talk about the drive thru customers is crazy. The owner needs to check the cameras as I’m sure I’m not the only I’ve getting ignored at the counter.
Very welcoming staff! It was my first time in an HTeaO, and they were so nice. I got the Sweet Blueberry Green Tea in a huge cup after trying a few of the different teas. Damn this stuff is good!
We got teas to go and got a drink carrier. The bottom of the drink carrier opened up once we got home and we lost all the teas. We went back and told them what happened and they gave us all new teas and cards for a free teas later. What a great place. Friendly staff and great service.

I love this place and all the locations. It’s a great alternative to gas station drinks. Also, the fact that they focus exclusively on tea helps you get in and out quickly. The only complaint I would have is they aren’t open late enough for us evening/night people. I think 9pm would be a fair closing time.
I paid a visit due to getting a free large tea in the mail. It was my first time coming, so I went through the drive through to look through their menu.
The gentleman on the other end suggested I come in to sample the teas so that I know exactly what I would want. I agreed and went around the front to go in.
The inside was super clean with rows of different tea to choose from! I was given freedom to sample any teas I wanted with the small sample cups. Once I chose my tea, I got to fill it and choose any extra fruits to go with it if I wanted. I could also mix and match teas!
The staff was super friendly, and the tea was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! For the price, this is where I would go if I wanted fresh tea.
