The pizza that I ordered was perfect. I have never had problems at this location. My recommendation is do not get 'extra' Cajun crust. It gets to be way too salty. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I usually get a good pizza from here, however tonight I was served a pizza that had been sitting for probably an hour, it was cold. I bet it was a pizza that someone did not pick up or returned and they gave it to me. And this was the first time I left a tip, never again!!! I will be calling headquarters on Tuesday. I placed a big order for our community Halloween party and this location was not only close, but they hit home for giving us an outstanding order that was ready on time! All pizzas were packed with toppings and tasted fresh! I used the mobile app to place the order which was user-friendly and convenient. I called the morning of to make a special request of having the pizzas sliced into (10 instead of 8), and they were very accommodating! Highly recommend! Absolutely best Hungry Howies in the area! I have 2 closer to me than this one and I'll still go here. Not sure what's wrong with 16 & Groesbeck location - they never cook their pizza.. like literally raw dough arrives, bread sticks, pizza all of it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is great but the app is garbage. Won't accept CCs with an expiration date in January of any year. You must accept the term and conditions but the selection is unable to be checked. Store manager was unfazed that the app doesn't work because that is all handled by "corporate". They have lost a lot of my business because I have to go to the store to order instead of being able to order with the app ahead of time. NEVER AGAIN! So gross!! Not one thing is cooked correctly. Pizza is supposed to be well done and clearly the sub is saturated in grease. 2 bites in and nothing but raw dough and grease. 3 stars for service and speed of service... this is the closest hungry Howie’s to me. I love this pizza chain- grew up on it and it’s amazing to me! The only reason I gave the rating for this location is because, one time, after ordering through the app at least 35 minutes in advance, when I pulled up, I waited over 12 minutes out front. Didn’t bring out napkin or utensil the first! This is the latest time that I placed an order here. Other orders have been 3-4 hours to close of the store. The pizza was made very well though! That’s the caveat- good pizza, OK service!

This place is a hit or miss, it really depends on who's working. I ordered a well done stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce. I got a floppy lightly cooked lightly sauce pizza. My salad was also wrong. They also forgot my extra dipping sauce which I was charged for. Time to check out Carlo's across the street.

This one of our favorite places to get pizza. For the most part, I receive good service and the food is good too.
