Came in for a pizza it wasn't started yet by the time I got there so I watched them make it with their bare hands and then asked if they use gloves at all to make the food and the manager informed me that they do not use gloves ever.

The young lady that answered the phone was rude and not very informative. I have called this location as well as other locations and asked for a Supreme pizza and I was given the works. This young lady took my order and gave me what she wanted which was the Howie's special. When i called back to ask questions she hung up in my face. This happen on a Monday night around 830 so i foubt there was a line out the door. If that is not on the menu then she should have told me and asked what I was looking for so I could get the correct pizza. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

I picked up a pizza only to realize once I got home that the ticket for my food was placed on someone elses pizza. I tried to call the store twice to explain the mix up but they would not answer the phone. I had to drive all the way back to return the pizza as I couldn't eat it. They took the incorrect pizza back but told me that they didnt have any more dough to make my pizza. My money was refunded but I wasted my time and my gas and was not even offered any incentive.
