Staff was courteous, prompt, respectful seating my mom and I sat at the closest booth to the entry door. She uses a cane and walks slowly so this helped that we were close to the front. Very thoughtful of the front staff. Our waitress was quick, brought us the correct order, and helped us out with refills and condiments very quickly. You have to be picky on which location you go to. Humble at 1960 is my father and I go to spot.We try to get Ms. Diamond when we go but any staff member is awesome. Food is great people are sweet. Service started okay, but she just vanished and didn't come back until we were done. Never got any refills had no syrup and had to borrow from another table. Food was good though, and unlike the Kingwood location the Humble one serves full sized pancakes. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I tried the Cold Brew Vanilla Foam coffee. It was the BOMB!!! So delicious. The breakfast was s good a usual. Waitress was very nice a attentive. I gave it a 4 due to the lighting.
