Right from the start we were greeted with friendly faces and seated promptly. Our server was awesome, she brought out our order quick, made sure we had everything we needed. The service was somewhat lacking this time. It wasn't horrible but the waitress was inattentive with checking on us when it came to how our food was, our bill and take home box needs. She did ask if I wanted another Pepsi. Ummm...I ordered a Dr. Pepper, thank you very much. I ordered a quick 2-egg breakfast (fantastic) while Lubba had a Colorado omelette, of which was not delicious. Actually, it was very mediocre. The protein seemed to be added on top as an afterthought. Hello! It goes/gets cooked and warmed up in the omelette. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our breakfast and had a good time there. I ate breakfast there by myself and it was delicious. I liked that they had a bunch of small booths for two people, so I could sit comfortably without feeling awkward at a large table by myself. The food was delicious and didn't take long at all from the time I ordered it till it arrived. Hardly anyone at the joint at 8 pm, but still had to find people to seat us. Scrambled eggs were burnt on the bottom but served cold. Fries were served undercooked. Biscuits barely had enough gravy on them. Motzerella sticks were delicious. Mac and cheese was good too.
