It's one of the better IHOPS. We've been here a few times and never had to wait too long for a table. Orders arrive usually correct and quick. Food tastes good but doesn't blow you away. It is a great option in the neighborhood to quickly have a nice breakfast with family and friends. Came here the other night and was super hungry. They seemed to only have one server which does suck, but it wasn’t that busy only 3 other tables there. She was pretty nice. Ordered the cowboy burger with cupcake pancakes and it was delicious ! Huge onion ring in the burger and i loved it. Feel like the food did take a bit longer than it should’ve since it was pretty slow but that’s alright. Overall would come again because food is great! the food is great. but three times now, when calling in a pickup order, i was left on hold for over 10 minutes, and i’ve waited over 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to give me my order. they said that they were just busy but less than half of the tables were filled. good restaurant, but they might be short staffed. Horrible place!! Second time going there to eat with my family and no one greets you or acknowledges you!! The place is completely dead yet no one comes to greet and seat you!!!! I swear how does this dump make $$$$ I went to the Sterling location and much better! This place SUCKS
