So I get that iHOP is typically pretty low quality. So expectations are always low when we come here. Sorry iHOP but it's not your goal to be high quality. Anyway if I come with absolute minimum expectations and I'm still let down, I am going to leave the review. I used to go to Corner Bakery for the higher quality breakfast but even they have become a more expensive version of a low quality breakfast. This IHOP was special today. Brought my kid's cupcake pancakes without the cupcake icing which I feel like it's kind of hard to do that since it's in the name. But wait it gets better. I ordered French toast and received regular white toast with cinnamon sprinkled on it. I had to show the server what French toast was. It's getting harder to find good food and good service but this is not the place. As a former server and bartender for quite a long time, if there's one thing that I know is important it's training. And clearly our server who was brand new got terrible training if any. Lily was very helpful with my uber eats order being 1000 miles away from my baby she took care of her order for me. When I'm home the customer service in this location never let's me down. 4 Waiters and No Service Usually love IHop and it was my first time coming to this location. After getting sat, no one came to check up nor start us with our drinks. Waited for 15 minutes with no one else in the restaurant. A family who had arrived after us had gotten served faster and on the way out was 3 waitresses just standing at the desk. I like my eggs. Scrambled very lightly and they brought them two times cooked not fully cooked. They tried but they were not what I was wanting. Otherwise everything was great. When the drinks came with utensils, my strawberry Lemonade wasn't sweet at first and was served in a dirty cup because someone must have not cleaned it correctly. And same for the utensils, because they were also dirty with stains. Not really a great first impression for me. Meal type Brunch

Everything good: service, food, price. French Toast Lemon Ricotta ($11) with blackberries and a twist of lemon … very good. Recommend to eat it with bacon!!! Original Buttermilk Short (3 pancakes) $6.50 Kid menu ($6.60) bacon with scrambled eggs. Regular coffee $2.70, orange juice kid $2.30.
