Horrible restaurant. We were seated clear in the back of the restaurant to begin with and then all the wait staff milled around totally over looking us. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our server or any acknowledgment at all. The manager didn’t even try and offer any resolution to try and earn our business and let us walk right out. I do not recommend the IHOP in Russellville, AR extremely rude and uncaring of their patrons. I will never step foot in another IHOP ever again after this experience. Go across the way to Waffle House or Cracker Barrel if you want service. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered this strawberry and crème biscuit. It was absolutely incredible! My partner said, and I QUOTE, “I didn’t expect it to taste like a biscuit, it tastes homemade even.” Southerners love their homemade biscuits, and indeed it did not taste like frozen solid disk. 9/10 recommend. 9 is because the whipped topping was almost runny but it worked well with the biscuit still. I couldn't get my English muffin toasted even after asking twice to have it well toasted "dark brown". This picture is after second attempt. They must not have a toaster since th manager said she ended up putting it on the grill... Hmmm. Strange. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Waited ten minutes to after being seated to never getting someone to wait on us. A couple came in after we had already been waiting to order our drinks and some one immediately waited on them. Don’t waste your time. No wonder their parking lot was empty and the restaurant next to the was full. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just want to give credit where is due! My grandfather is a veteran with dementia. His favorite place to come is IHOP. They are always welcoming and know exactly what he wants. Management is amazing 🤩 they prepare him strawberry and banana crapes even tho it is no longer on menu just to make him happy. They go above and beyond and the servers are just as great!
