Alas! I hate giving bad reviews! While IHOP food is always good (5 stars), we ordered to go at least 5 times. This specific store got the order wrong (either missing food or wrong order) 100% of the time. At least they are consistent. Yes, we learned our lesson. No more ordering food from this IHOP. The staff was not overly friendly but not rude. We had the impression they didn't really like their job but wasn't going to take it out on the guests. They didn't look at you while you were talking and gave you the impression they weren't 💯 listening to you and it showed when they brought out the plates....there was 2 of us and she didn't know who ordered what and when she put the plate down she said the wrong meal. The food was very good though. She was very friendly while we were paying the bill so she wasn't completely void of emotion. Haven't been to IHOP in awhile but my kids wanted it while traveling. We were seated within 5mins of being there. Our waitress was so kind and personable. She was also very attentive. The waitress took us to the table right away. Got our drinks ok. We knew what we wanted right away others came in she waited on them and got their order and kept walking right by us. After 45 min we got up to leave and I told them about it she said they was short staffed which was fine but she got all the other tables order that came in after us. Service: 1
