To taste nicely cooked omelettes and good steaks is a really nice idea. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve tasty French toasts and perfectly cooked crepes here. Clients don't highly appreciate cold coffee at this restaurant. IHOP is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Dry unhappy and unsatisfied. Ordered food and been sitting in curb side pick up for over an hour. Called to let them know I was outside 4 times and each time they said they was on their way. 5 or 6 cars pulled up and got served and left and I still was waiting. Very unhappy. Finally brought the food out after an hour and like 20 minutes and they forgot my meat to my order. Called back in and told them and the lady act like she got irritated and mad because they forgot items off my meal. Will not come back to Cabot ihop this is very unacceptable and need to possibly have their higher up people come and check their business it’s sad. Oh and my bacon just came out and it’s cold and greasy. I love the fact this location is never swamped with people because I hate large crowds, it's always a pleasing atmosphere here. Liam was my server today and I was surprised he got my order right without even needing to write it down! Food was good too as always and didn't take forever to be delivered, it was super fast compared to the NLR location (oh that dreadful place!) So I prefer Cabot location! Ordered curbside today. My husband and I both ordered food with avocado. No avocado to be found… I understand if they’re out, but they should tell us. My melt was disgustingly greasy. I tasted nothing but grease. My husband’s omelet was super bland. We won’t be back to this location- we’ll make the trip to McCain instead. Service Take out Food: 1

Not sure what happened from my last visit around February 2023 but the service was so terrible when my daughter and I went just a few weeks ago that we just wanted to get out as quickly as possible.
