Ordered food online. Food was to be delivered by 6:53 pm. Did not receive until 7:45pm. Only received half my order. Did not receive my salad or macaroni & cheese. Suppose to get 18 pcs of chicken. Only received 15. Made several attempts to contact them and no-one answered the phone.
The food was horrible and made me gag. I'm pretty sure that our waitress quit after she took our order and it took over an hour for our food to be delivered. We were the only people there... For obvious reasons! Not to mention the overall cleanliness which was horrible!

Do not order online. My most recent order was missing the cream cheese middle. Every time I order from this store, at least one ingredient in my order is missing. pancakes without toppings, fruit missing, fillings left out, no whipped cream, missing syrup, etc. I have never had a pancake order that was made according to the description with all components included. They have not once prepared an order with all items included.
If you eat at the restaurant, the food is fine. But do not expect to get what you ordered if you're ordering for delivery.

Food was fresh , hot and on point. Our Hostess- waitress Ebony was very nice and seated us immediately. Nice new menus and will definitely be back and will recommend this location to our friends and family. I also recommend the spinach and mushroom omelette with hollandaise sauce. DELICIOUS!!!

The new menu is nice.. getting more expensive. The hostess seated us right away. But we had to flag her down and find our waitress. The table was not set and we had to ask for silverware twice..and waited 10 minutes for our coffee .the waitress took our order in a hurry and didn't write anything down..I got the wrong breakfast and my friend was also disappointed with her food. This was after 1pm and it wasn't busy. The service and food were terrible. IHOP much better on main st and walterboro .I would not recommend at alltt

At 930 on a Sunday morning in a mostly empty restaurant it should not have taken 30-40 minutes to be seated or even 15-20 min to even be acknowledged. Once seated, and food ordered, it was probably 30 minutes before we saw food. I understand in today's atmosphere with a lack of reliable employees things are not what they should be. Our server did what she could, but the whole thing was really sad. We will not be going back to the IHOP on Dorchester.

The food is good, I just feel bad for the one guy working there tonight. He was by himself and working every role in the restaurant. Although I had to wait a little longer than usual, he was still really nice and courteous. He deserves a raise if he's not going to have another person there to assist him.

We went for the Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity special that they have going on right now and it was delicious. The waitress wasn't overly friendly but she was a good server. They were nearly empty so we got our food fast.

The food was good. We were just disappointed on the time waited for our food to come out and at the waitress.
The waitress did not write down any of our orders, then she had another waitress ask one of the Members of our group who was waiting on her food (longer than anyone else) what she ordered. The waitress comes out and says that the chef messed up the order and is currently coming her order and offered to bring out her pancakes in the meantime. So she forgot to bring her pancakes and she brought out her steak omelette. The waitress did take it off our bill but nonetheless, if she would have written everything down she wouldn’t have messed up.
