Food was lukewarm since waitress left it in the kitchen whilst waiting on 4 other tables. No apologies. $12 omelettes should be served hot. So of course, before I could get halfway through it, it was too cold to eat. Pancakes equally cold. More than $4 for a glass of orange juice. Customers at the table behind me also complained and their meals were comped. Pretty restaurant! Dirty silverware (left over food coated each utensil). There was time to mute the music and have a staff meeting including a very loud sermon. Seems priorities are out of alignment. Overall just poorly managed. 6 of us went here an hour before they closed. Server took our order then came back to say that there was only 1 cook and asked if we were OK with the wait. We didn't have an issue with the wait and we believed we would be done before they closed. After 20-30 minutes, he came back to say that our order would have to be to go because of "staffing issues". I've worked in restaurants and understand that it's a drag when a group comes in near close. But we were there an hour before closing. Not a professional or customer-focused experience. We won't go there again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food was really good. Came out hit and fresh. They need to have more waitstaff on at a time . My waitress was the only one on with the customers in there it took forever to get refills and my bill. Actually not sure about the food, was looking forward to trying the Wonka menu..... stood there for 10 minutes, no one even acknowledged us. The 1 server on duty was having more fun visiting with a very loud table in the corner than even letting us know he saw us. Pretty disappointed how far the service has fallen as IHOP was "our place". I didn’t have the best experience but it wasn’t the worst. It’s definitely something I wouldn’t talk highly about on the way home. I went with my best friend to enjoy a nice hot meal together. It started when we walked in the hostess was pretty rude. He clearly didn’t want to be there didn’t even fake a smile or do the bare minimum and asked in a harsh and uninterested way how he can help us. We went to our table and it wasn’t the cleanest. I had to request another syrup pitcher because the other one wasn’t even wiped off! It was super gross and empty I felt like I shouldn’t have had to say anything but clearly it isn’t protocol. Other than the not so well service our waiter was the only one with a smile on her face despite the horrible gloom in the air. The food was nice though and I enjoyed my little treat. Wouldn’t recommend the seasonal fruit though not enough bang for your buck. Tina, our waitress, was great. She was super nice and very attentive. Our food was not good. My turkey sandwich had good flavor, but it was pretty dry. My wife was served slimey eggs that gave her food poisoning.
