We were served by a lovely young lady by the name of Katherine! So sweet and good mood, just absolutely the best waitress we had ever met! She made our day with her kindness and smile! It's always a pleasure coming here during the late afternoon/early evening dinner hours. It's not so busy, very peaceful. My family and I love the hostess and waitress Katherine. Her personality and customer service are top tier. Food comes out fresh and hot within a timely manner. She is simply the best. I also love that people with special needs are given the opportunity to work there. I forgot his name, but he works very well too. As long as that crew is there, we'd keep coming back lol Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today my wife and child came to ihop there was a short queue I walked in and asked if they could put my name on hold. the girl who worked there said that the table was free and we could sit down We sat down and they brought us a menu. After that, the manager came and rudely said that we needed to leave as there was a waiting line and we vacated the table. I asked what nonsense. they refused to answer. It was raining outside and we waited in the restaurant. As a result, no one from the queue sat at this table. This ihop is staffed by idiots. This is not a restaurant but a garbage can.
