Order taker in the drive thru did not take my order correctly. Cashier corrected my order at the window, but did not give me the condiments I asked for. The drive thru line was long, disappointed to have waited all that time & not get my order correct. In-N-Out Burger has been a family tradition in my family for four generations now. When I travel, even outside of Southern California, I love finding mom n pop burger spots but when I'm home only good old In N Out Burger satisfies the craving and I don't have to break the bank to get my granddaughters one of thee Best burgers in all 50 states. The long drive through lines are even part of the experience for my granddaughters and I. We play games, tell jokes and watch videos as we patiently wait. Long line but went fairly quickly, burger was quite good, totally reasonable prices un these times. Fries aren't my favorite here but they'll do. I avoided In N Out for many years due to then supporting conservative politicians and the bible verses printed on their cups, but the burgers are worth an occasional visit. I walked up to the window, and I was behind only one person. The service at this particular In-N-Out is amazing. I tried a protein style 3x3. It was great. I used to always get a double double but now I'm on a low carb diet. I checked my blood sugar after and it remained pretty stable. Of course I didn't get my usual milk shake either and replaced it with plain old water. I think the 3x3 Protein style is going to be my usual from now on!
