It’s an In-N-Out, what more is there to say. Great value, great service, fantastic consistency, just all-round great fast food. You can order an absolutely ludicrous burger, sliced in half, and they won’t even blink. If you’ve never had In-N-Out before, there’s a lot of stuff you can order that’s not on the menu. Also, maybe it’s just me but I’m pretty sure they’re cheaper than McDs at this point! First time at In-N-Out Burger on a Saturday night. I was surprised by how busy it was with lots of people including high school teens jammed in booths. But the staff kept the orders moving and I didn't wait very long for my combo meal with hamburger, fries and pink lemonade. Everything tasted good! The burger was good but surprisingly thin (now I understand more people ordering the double); fries were fresh and seemed like real potato, and I liked the more natural monk fruit and stevia sweetened pink lemonade. The price was good, lower than other comparable burger joints are charging these days. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I love In and Out Burgers, have been eating their burgers for years so I was delighted when Castle Rock finally got our very own. The food and quality is consistently good! I really like the protein style burger, no dairy, gluten free, order without spread for a healthier version. Yum! This place was better than expected. Probably better than good times burger chain. The fries were not soggy like most people say. They were crispy and salty. I didn’t have to salt them and that is RARE. I’m a salt fiend. The burgers were super sloppy animal style but worth it. I’ll definitely be back to try the 3x3 protein style. Usually very busy unless you go at times ‘off peak’. Good is good, and cooked to order. I’ve had a couple times where the fries have a strange texture. I saw another review that referred to them as ‘puffed’ which I agree with. Not bad just odd. Other than that, it’s a relatively cheap meal That’s quick and fresh. Hard to complain. Is it a 5 star burger? No. Go sit down at a good restaurant if that’s what you want. Is it a good burger? Absolutely. The staff is always phenomenal and very friendly. I can see why it has hype but it’s definitely a tad over hyped. That said, I do still frequent this and it’s my new go-to when I want a double cheeseburger. Haven't had an In-&-Out burger since I was a kid in early 2000s California. Nostalgia probably makes those burgers taste better because I was expecting a 5 for the price and feel like I got a 3. Burger is ok, great size and toppings for the price, just the taste isn't quite up to what the internet hypes it to be. Fries texture was a bit off. Almost like they were puffed instead of fried. Pink Lemonade was great. Nice mix of tangy and sweet and drinks down smooth. Best part was the staff and the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. Orders are taken and received fairly quick for how busy they can be. Carter helped us at the register and he was SO helpful, explained the secret menu and was so sweet about it. Everyone we interacted with was great, honestly. The place was hoppin' but the service was quick, and the food was excellent. Came to this in n out right before the dinner rush, and I enjoyed my experience. The line took about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad, and the staff were very friendly. The value of my meal was great, I paid 12$ for a double cheese burger, animal style fries, and a diet coke. And it was so fresh. The Patty's of my burger were juicy, the vegetables were extremely fresh, and the fries were super crispy and well salted. I was very satisfied with my experience tonight. This location , specifically, was great, I'd recommend coming here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It is great that Colorado has some In and Out Burger now. Their meat is always cooked nicely for my liking. But their French fries, I tried many different one such as the one which cooked normally, more cooked, and very much cooked more, they were all tasted a bit bitter, and limp. Their lettuce is one of my favorite, crispy and fresh. The onion sometimes harder to deal with strings came out from the onion. There is another way if you are not crazy about ranch sauce. You can ask for just ketchup on your burger. I would like to suggest more trash bins outside the restaurant. As it was a bit walking from where the car parked to trash bin, on the way, some wind knocked out paper trash before I could put them into trash bin. And flew out of the way it went. I couldn't catch those. If you are going through the drive-through, you can find nice viewing unto Castle Rock area, but other areas seem a bit bare.
