We had high hopes. But some pastries were not fresh. It was not a good experience unfortunately. Coffee was ok.

Staff does not speak to customers will not respond if you say Hello. The cookies I had were stale. Pretty but stale

Awesome bakery and cafe. Excellent and outstanding customer service. All cakes and pastries prepared on premises. Nice assortment to choose from. I bought the carrot cake and it was off the chart fresh and delicious. Coffees also fresh and delicious. Super highly recommended. UPDATE: Tony retired. Hopefully they won't change the recipes. The best Sicilian pastries and cannoli in NYC! Don’t bother driving to the Bronx, the real deal is right here. Tony Marzullo is from Polizzi Generosa, in the heart of Sicily in the Madonie mountain range. My maternal grandfather was also a “Polizzano.” Grazie, Toní e vi auguriamo cent’anni di successo!!

Great place to spend the afternoon drinking a cup of coffee while chatting with the regulars. The atmosphere is very inviting and the store has a small-town bakery ambiance to it.The cookies and rainbow cookies especially are delicious. The cafe has the best cappachinos around. The place is spotless, and has a wonderful bakery smell.

what i ordered vs what i got. supposed to be a nice assortment and instead they gave me assorted cream puffs with 1 cannoli, 1 eclair, 1 fruit tart. i called them and the guy i spoke to said “customers call me all the time when they order the assorted pastries but i tell them that i’m giving them an assortment of CREAM in their cream puffs” 🤔 so instead of fixing the website description or actually giving assorted pastries, they’re just being defensive lol. it’s just not what i ordered

Very nice staff and helpful the display windows were very pretty but was very disappointed from the cookies I had, they were not fresh at all and had an after taste to them. Not sure I'll come back for their Amaretto or Paniole cookies.
