Off the list. I dont ask for much with fast food places, but one of them is the correct items that were order, which this place doesn't seem to be able to do. Courtesy also is nice to have, but not necessarily expected, and this place provided none. Cut off my order before i was done, so they lost out on a sale of more, lucky for me. Didnt repeat my order to make sure they had it right. Did not acknowledge me when i drove to the window, almost left before receiving the order, which in hindsight wish i had would have done. No hello or anything, she just opened the window and stuck out her hand for the payment. Had to pound on the window to get a receipt. i dont expect much from fast food places, but this place didnt even meet my lowered expectations. The worst experience I have dealt with in my life. It was my husband and my first time trying Jack in the box, we were looking forward to it. We went late at night. The guy at the drive through was very rude and felt like that he was rushing us. We were over it and we ended up leaving and going somewhere else that had better costumer service that was more patient with us. I am never coming back to this location worst customer service I have seen, I was very pissed. Service: 1

It's typical jack in the Box food. Service was a little slow considering I was the only customer. The atmosphere is dreary. It's attached to a shutdown Chevron and there's absolutely no outside lighting. And it's on the busiest corner in Keller, so it's tough to get in and out. Ordered a large Coke and ten tocos the tacos were cold the coke turned out to be cherry and it cost over $13.00 what happened to jack in the box over priced cold food and wrong coke what a shame I loved JB they were good and cheap now there neither this is my opinion and only my opinion

Had to give one star to post review, they don't deserve it. I work third shift, I went there around 12:30am. I was the only car there. I told the guy I had two separate orders and he told me he couldn't do that because they were short staffed. I would have to order one then drive around and order the other. That makes no sense. The cashier rude and had no customers service skills what so ever. I left. I've read the reviews and the responses from corporate, seems like they don't care to fix the issues. Not going back. Me and my partner were walking into the dining room and one of the employees locked the door in front of us. We had to walk back to our car in the cold with no food, as the two workers glared at us through the glass. Employees should have a little more kindness for customers, not whatever that was. Pathetic excuse for fast food. Ordered a chicken fajita (yeah I know, throw them a curve ball on their own menu) and received a chicken teriyaki bowl instead. My husband called to explain and the “gentleman” copped an attitude with him and told him “are you not listening to me?!” when it came to addressing the issue. I then called back up to address it with him and was then hung up on immediately. Bottom line, when it comes to this particular location just shut-up and take what you’re given with no complaints I guess.
