Fast food? More like SLOW FOOD! I placed a mobile order with the app to get a $0.90 discount on tacos while my friends simultaneously ordered at the counter. App said it would take 7-9 minutes. 20 minutes later, I finally got my food. My friends not only got their food, but they also completely finished it before I even got mine. And, to add insult to injury, they also messed up my order & didn’t include the right sauces I asked for. This place is a joke! They're still charging for ranch even when you spend $20. Swore them off for a brief period and now they just charged my delivery driver for 1 ranch after I spent another $20. Hope what you saved is worth it! Service Delivery Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went thru the drive thru on a rainy day, needing something hot to eat for lunch. The drive thru had just one car ahead of me, service was quick! The girl at the drive-thru window was nice and efficient. But wait...was it quick because they served me an old burger?! Yes! I asked for jumbo jack, no cheese. I received a barely warm jumbo jack with cheese, and sloppily put together, I might add. That sandwich was a HUGE disappointment.
