Ordered a chicken sandwich and found a bug inside. Check your food before you leave this restaurant or even dine in. I know I won't be going back to this place .. what a waste of time and money.... Disappointed. I would post a picture but it doesn't matter. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Messed our order up and refused to make it right. This is what really upset me. Don't argue with your customers and blame them for your mistake. Every body makes mistakes. That would've been no big deal Just say sorry and fix it. My tacos were so greasy they were soggy. My fries were hot and salty except I ordered onion rings and I really wanted those onion rings! Food is always hot and fresh. This is the fastest jack in the box I’ve ever been to the guy working the window late at night pays attention to detail on mobile orders and always grabs the right sauces for the orders. Order a supreme croissant, but it’s not really a croissant, it’s just a hamburger bun, sort of tasting like a croissant, but not really a true croissant. Small for a supreme. But on the upside, the hash brown was very good. I never eat breakfast at Jack-in-the-Box and now I know why, so I may never ever eat breakfast again at Jack-in-the-Box. Nine dollars for a freaking breakfast sandwich and hash brown is so ridiculous! I don’t care what they say about inflation, but I think it’s all a big scam, due to the fact that I own a small business, and have not raised my prices at all in the last seven years. Went to this establishment around 9pm on 02/09/24 and the restaurant manager iesha was PHENOMENAL. I could literally taste all of the flavors in the food that I never even knew could be in fast food!!! I would really like for her to get recognition, she made my experience so incredible and made me look forward to coming back (which I never do at the average fast food place.) THANK YOU IESHA!!! Tbh this is my first occasion at the Waller location 2920 that I felt great about! Team member Keyana gave me the most outstanding customer service this morning. Very polite and cheerful! And here’s to the other members of the team that made it a fast and hot drive thru. My Husband just went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken finger meal and 1 Fajita pita with taco sauce. When he got home his chicken strips fries drink and my taco sauce were in the bag, but NO FAJITA PITA. Nobody will answer the phone. I've tried for 10 minutes. We were charged for the Fajita Pita but we never got it. What's the point in having a phone number if they never answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
