Went through the drive through, they weren't really busy so it was pretty fast. The people were nice and personable. The food was fresh and hot. They forgot the ketchup but it was okay. It was good! Stop by the next time you're in Snead!! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

People were in Jacks waiting on their food. The sign was still shining bright. The lights were on in the drive thru. I walk in to order and the girl as polite as she could said they were closed. When I worked in fast food if the door was unlocked and lights were on the customer got served. It isn't right but this is the kind of help some places have to hire because they have no choice. Service: 1

Just driving through the area around 10am. Stopped to use the bathroom (which was passable) and noticed how quickly the drive through line was moving and how steadily the customers were pulling in. Decided to grab a biscuit and I can safely say that was the BEST Jacks biscuit I’ve ever had. Employees were also friendly. I would have appreciated being told that they had ran out of biscuits before I ordered rather than after. We had to wait approximately 15 minutes while additional biscuits cooked because I had already paid. Food: 5 Service: 3

Chicken tenders and fries were just ok. Honey mustard dipping sauce was very old. Crusted on the sides of the cup and tasted like socks smell. The mac n cheese was like $3.and some cents for this tiny little bowl that was half full..... BUT every ounce of disappointment in my food was immediately forgiven the moment I tasted the first bie. By far the best "not from home" mac n cheese that I have ever eaten. Ooey, Gooey, melty, satisfaction lol. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Reviewing again cause for some reason my review isn't here. Anyway I went to get a sausage biscuit on 12/16/23 at around 8:30 and asked for mustard. Literally just two. I didn't get them. I wouldn't make a big deal had I not had a several hours drive and expecting a drive thru to give me my order correctly for the sole reason that people go through the drive thru for quick service which should be accurate as well. Ran up to grab a quick dinner. No one in drive thru, which was rare. Placed the order, employee was super nice & friendly. Took a while for the food to come out so of course we expected perfection. Sadly, it was not. Fries were cold and tasted very old. Burgers were thrown together. Asked for sweet tea, no ice and not a hint of sweetness. This is a small town, and we don't have many options, it's ashamed people don't seem to take pride in their work anymore, where ever and whatever the job may be. I ordered breakfast and gravy/biscuits. They put everything in upside down and the gravy was all over everything in the bag. They do not care how you get your food and sometimes they do it on purpose. If "we" didn't buy food from Jack's these disrespectful young people wouldn't get paid. That should be incentive for them to get our orders correct and in the bag right. Hire older people and this won't happen. But then, how would our young people learn how to work? Just don't put biscuits/ gravy in a bag side ways or upside down, put it in flat. It's not brain science people. We stopped by today on the way to our sons baseball tournament. The line was very long and the lobby was full. The ladies working were so impressive. They worked as a team and I seen at least 2 of them wash their hands while I was there! Great attitudes! The front computer lady Tonya was so sweet and welcoming she also gave us a sweet farewell! 10/10 !!!! Great job ladies ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
