First had to ask for silverware and water. Ordered a French dip with a side salad. Service was super slow. The servers seemed to be more interested in tasting food after it was photographed. The salads came a few minutes prior to the main meal. The french dip bread, meat and cheese tasted and smelled like old grease. My hands smelled like old greese. The salad was edible, but my 82 year old father got lettuce stuck in his throat. Not sure what kind of lettuce, it wasnt iceberg. The server never asked how our food was. Totally disappointed in the service and meal at jack jacks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Two times the people working talk louder than the customers, amongst themselves. It felt like a tavern. I have learned to ask for a medium rare hamburger, so it is not smashed of it’s juicy yum yum fat. No dry beef. With all this said I love that JackJacks has local beef!!! Tastes SO SO GOOD!!!
