I’ve placed this place a lot and have never tried it but wanted to. I was waiting at HEB and decided to do a pick up order. Food was ready pretty quickly. The burger was decent for the kids meal. I love Jaxx. We eat there every week. I love their seafood dishes, especially their friend shrimp and pecan crusted...anything! I have one complaint only. They have the worst tasting tap water of any restaurant I have ever dined at. I really wish they would install a filtered water spout. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Love this place . My husband and I got burgers yesterday. The Onion rings were delicious. Everything I've ever eaten here has been very good. I recommend this place. Houstonians brought me here. They have fond sentiments of this place and treat it like somewhat of an institution. The place is decorated with bright primary colors and reminded me of a restaurant set for the show Saved by the Bell. I ordered a West Texas Burger. Two of them actually because I am a fan of the meat and that egg brioche bun. I tried the gravy that comes with the chicken fried chicken and it slaps!! Today I ordered the Jax burger with bacon and cheese, and it was out of this world good! But because of the great reviews, I also ordered the fajita quesadilla and WOW! That's really all I can say, you just have to go there and eat it up. This is some seriously great food! Check them out for a wide selection of good items to choose from. My first time here was ok. They didn't give me the correct chicken sandwich but it had decent flavor. A coworker worker ordered from here and I gave it another shot and I wasn't disappointed this time. It really depends on the order you get. I ordered the southwest fajita bowl. The portion is large and I can make 2 meals out of it. It's nice they don't skimp portions just because you order for take out or delivery. It's also close to work so I'll definitely be back. My 7-Spiced Marinated Chicken was hot and quick but needed a little bit of A-1 sauce, which they readily provided. Customer service was good. After you place your order in line, they’ll give you a paging device when it’s ready. They have open seating indoors and outdoors for groups but parking is a little tight. Hands down best burger and salads around. They have delicious desserts as well. They do not have waiters but you order at the register and get your food after. Our family absolutely loves this place! Give them a visit you will not be disappointed. Staff is very friendly!
