I wanted to take a moment and point out that this location has consistently done a great job of making their sandwiches celiac friendly. They have knowledgeable and courteous staff that take the time to prepare a gluten free sandwich in a separate area free from cross contamination. This place wastes your time. Don't bother placing an order online, they ignore online orders for as long as they can. Our order was marked ready on the online dashboard and we waited for 20 minutes just to get it in our hands

Claremont: I have to say these employees are so patient! Adriana in particular was super patient as my son ordered and listened to him intently. She is a superb employee and has great customer service skills. For me, it is always about how they treat my son and they were great. I will be a returning customer. :)

Would give 0 stars if possible... live within walking distance and have given this location multiple chances. However, there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. The Bread. If you know jersey mikes bread this location does something different with the bread. Sandwiches are super small compared to other locations. Guy told me its his fault he didnt stretch it. So if true they are not doing it at all which makes it different to what im used to
