So this seems to be a common thing g with this location. They messed up our sandwich orders again, drive 15 minutes to have corrected. Told them to please remake at which point the sandwich maker named Dylan Thomas (may have been Stewart) stated "could you just take off the tomatoes as I just shut down the slicer." I said no I absolutely do not like tomatoes. Told him to refund it, which he stated he could not. I'm assuming this guy is the "manager" as he was the only one without an apron on. This type of customer service is absolutely horrible ... the "open" sign on the door is turned off I'm assuming as a way to stop people from coming in at the end of the night, especially since they close at 9 and it's barely 8:25. This location will lose loyal customers .... We ordered on the Jersey Mike's app. To make a long story shorter, there were issues with the delivery. After contacting doordash first, with no resolution, I contacted the store directly. They were extremely helpful, and we were able to still get our dinner delivered without extra cost.
