I always forget that there is a jersey Mike's at this location but we wanted to go there and we had it for dinner one night. The Philly cheesteak was so good. Jersey Mike’s has, in my opinion, the best subs of any chain. My only complaint is that by the time you add extra meat and bacon, the cost of the sub was almost $25.00. My sister and I first time ever and they were completely rude and didn't explain anything just started putting onions and tomatoes not even asking if that's what we wanted on our sandwich never explained that they put those things on the sandwich without asking what we wanted on it definitely not going to be attending back to this one Service Take out Service: 1

Me and my grand daughter stopped in at the Marion IA locations and was not disappointed. We walked in and greeted by a nice young man, I explained we have never ate Jerseys Mikes before and we are fairly new to the area. We got another wonderful greeting. Made my morning/day. Placed our order, I explained some food allergies and he went above and beyond my expectations to insure my food quality. Definitely will be going back. Went in at 12:30 lunch time and expected a wait. Nope, super fast and super friendly (the staff seemed genuinely happy and nice). They got our food very promptly, engaged in conversation with my three and 5-year-old, and even offered them each a cookie. To top it all off... The food was amazing! We'll be back for sure, thanks you guys, good job!!!

So excited to hear that this Marion location has brand new ownership and management. For those that have had any issues at this location previously TRUST ME TRY AGAIN! You will not be disappointed. I am so proud to see that they are BIG supporters of the community as well .Go support them as they are going to be one of the best . Gotta love Jersey Mikes

I went to Jersey Mike’s in Marion, Iowa last Sunday afternoon. The line was long but I’d never tried the place before so I decided to wait. It was shocking how fast the line went! The staff was working like a well oiled machine, all while being super-friendly to everyone. It was so impressive and I’ll definitely go back to Jersey Mike’s! More expensive than other sub shops in the area, but also way better! It's my new fave! I thought the employees were really friendly, maybe just a little nervous from all being new. I think the other comments seem to be a little harsh. The one black girl in her 20s/30s in particular who made my sandwich was super patient and helpful with people! The servings are hefty...the regular size could easily be 2 servings. I love the turkey and provolone w/ "Mikes way" (they add oil/vinegar/herbs to it) on the rosemary bread.. The wait was only a bit because the place just opened, but it seems to be pretty quick once you're at the counter. My only tip is maybe ask if they can do "Mikes way" on the side if you are taking it to go cause it does get soggy fast if you're driving in from CR.
