It was my first time here a couple of weeks ago and the younger staff , the girl specifically, didn’t catch her name, was so rude and unwelcoming. My order wasn’t even right because i got so nervous and anxious from her attitude and rush for me to order when I didn’t understand everything she was asking me.

Placed my on line order, walked right in and saw my name on the bag, was in and out, didn't have to talk to anyone besides saying hello. I love that kind of service. Customer Service and Common Sense isn’t something located here. First, the 2 older ladies that work there are cranky and are borderline rude, I witnessed this with even the other customers. If it’s not a cookie cutter order then beware. Next, I purchased (3) can drinks for $7.50 which far exceeds their large fountain drink of $3.59. All I asked for was a large cup of ice and they said I can get the water cup for free. That wouldn’t even hold one can and I bought the black cherry which they don’t have at the dispenser. I’m made clear I’m buying (3) cans and the lady said we will charge you $3.59 for the cup because it’s very expensive and we pay for logos and stuff lol. If I’m spending 7.50 on drinks you can’t do simple economics or customer service to provide me a large cup for ice with the drinks after spending $27.00. I didn’t catch the guys name I wish I did. He was working today 08/25/23 around 5:30-6:00pm. Had dark hair. My card was declining because I live in Virginia and we were in moyock for work which is “out of state” technically and so I’d had ask to call my bank real quick to get it covered and he was so nice to pay for my food. He didn’t have too but he gladly did, he had amazing customer service to begin with. He was so kind and generous. He definitely deserves recognition for his kindness today. Great place for lunch! I order from here all the time, they always have it ready for me when I arrive. Staff are all really friendly and will say hi to you when you come in the door. Jersey Mikes subs are a bit expensive overall and I'd like to see all locations bring their prices down. One of my favorite places to grab a quick bite after a long day. The customer service is great, everyone is always full is smiles and friendly. The number #8 on rosemary with extra chipotle Mayo is my go to. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I love this location! I always place my orders online and it's never once been late or incorrect! And I always ask for a specific number of mayo packets and they always get it right and sometime leave a note to make sure I know they're in the bag even if the bag looks small!
