Never ever order online again after this experience. I ordered a pizza for non contact delivery and in my instructions on the slice website I clearly stated please leave at the door no contact because I have big dogs. I even put it in the notes !!!!and after I paid the surcharges and delivery fee my bill was 29 bucks for a small pizza! Problem is I got a notice from the slice website that pizza is on its way and even on that invoice I could see please no contact just ring doorbell and leave because I have big dogs . I saw the headlights pulling in the driveway so I put on my shoes and got ready to go out after he left but that was not the case he sat in front and ring the doorbell multiple times until I came out and met him! We ordered Pizza Cucina today because another pizza restaurant near us completely dropped the ball when it comes to customer service, after being placed on “lost” hold I called back to hear “C______F__ hold” click. No hello. Can’t even work the phones! Since we have several Pizza restaurants equidistant to our home we spread our orders around for variety. Next, call went to Pizza Cucina, they answered the phone with urgency, friendly and professionally. We ordered 2 thin crust for delivery. The pizza’s arrived quick, hot, crispy, fresh, plentiful toppings and DELICIOUS. We were glad the other operation was so poorly managed. Thanks for understanding that during todays poor economic environment hard earned dollars should be prudently spent with those who truly appreciate your patronage. Pizza Cucina is #1 now on our speed dial. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really enjoy this place! Good food, fresh ingridents, really really great customer service. Not often do you get to be greeted with smiles and great customer service at restaurants / pickup places but that is always the case here. The place has really upgraded a lot, it looks nothing like how it first did when the old owners had it and that's for the better. the new owners have really changed up the place. Clean, updated , and fresh. Update- We placed a catering during the holidays and we were pleased, not suprised! Great good, fresh, and authentic. Seriously, we cannot imagine catering with another pizza / cucina place! Great job Joesphs cucina. You did it again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
