The boys and I stopped for a late lunch, their reward for helping with Mom's brakes. Josie's was not busy and we sat in the dining room. We could hear people in the bar area, but they were not loud. Linda took or order and the drinks came out right away. The boys got house made horchata and I a beer. They loved the horchata. Beer was a beer. We got the Choriqueso as an appetizer, it was delicious. The Quesadilla Supreme, one carne asada and a barbacoa was our main dish. We shared and they were both delicious! My bride and I have been here several times and Josie's never disappoints! We will be back! Love that Josie's is local and delicious. Just learned there was one in Longmont too! Personally I am a hige fan of mexican food. Josie's Taco was a life changer. Since I am a 6th grade student at the middle school down the street I can walk down with my family and have a quick and easy dinner.
