Had some amazing food at Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina. My wife had the steak Fajitas, but doesn't like cilantro, it tastes like soap to her. So they were able to substitute a salad for their soup. I had the pollo asado. Our food was delicious. I added a peach margarita and it was very food. My son surprised me with lunch and margaritas! It was delicious. 😋 we sat at the bar, which seemed to make things happen quickly. It reminded me of places in San Diego. Prices are good and quality even better. What an experience. First time trying this place and will highly recommend to everyone. Came for lunch and ordered the steak flaming fajita and a chicken and shrimp flaming fajita. Before our meal, we got our chips and salsa. 2 different salsas and a pinto beans. Chips was homemade (I think) and was the perfect texture and crunch to go with the slight spice of the green and red salsas. Next they rolled out the cart of fajitas and poof...lit it on fire. The steak was tender and seasoned perfectly. I really enjoyed the taste of the chicken and shrimp combo. And finally the service...everyone was friendly and helpful. They would walk by and ask how we're doing even if they weren't our server. Please stop by this place in Henderson and you wont regret it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
