This was my first time here, and the reception in the beginning was a bit off-putting, but that was quickly remedied. The food was really good regardless of the fact i could NOT pronounce any of the foods listed on the menu. The server was very knowledgeable and recommended items that i ended up enjoying. Had dinner with my family this evening. We were greeted by friendly staff. They told us in detail about the menu and the dishes they have. The food was delicious. There aren't that many Good Georgian restaurants out there but having this quant little spot serves the purpose to get some descent khachapuri and wine as well as fresh salads. The problem is that the cooks keep changing the way they prepare it sometimes with a cooked egg on top of the cheese other times the egg is raw and the cheese is already cooling off so patrons have to eat a raw egg ? isn't that illegal to serve raw and uncooked food in a restaurant ? the ever changing staff doesn't help with their rude Central Asian Pushy demeanors and their LACK of experience in waiting tables. The owner Needs to realize that with such a turn around she needs to be there all the time especially for dinner when the families come. PLEASE Consider this and Not hire inexperienced staff just because they speak Russian.
