I placed an online order and I arrived early. I was greeted upon entering the cafe. The employees were very welcoming and friendly. I informed them I had placed an online order and I was in no rush. They quickly put together my order and I was very satisfied with their amazing customer service. I ordered the French toast and a almond croissant! I was also picking up my sisters order. As I was hand my orders I tried to tip the employees. They said they do not take tips. I found this to be concerning because when I had ordered online it gave an option to tip. So if I were to tip online. Who is that money going to? I really hope the company is not pocketing it. I know companies do pocket electronic tips made. That is why I tip in cash. Please give these hard working employees the tips they get from online orders!!! Allow cash tips while in store purchases are made. If you are not treating your employees with respect and care, and you’re ripping them off.
