It's a good price for the amount of food you get all you can eat. I do something. They pack the rolls a little heavy with rice on some of them but the sashimi is good. The service can be a little lacking when they get busy so keep that in mind if you like to have a lot of refills. Other than that though, I think this place has great fried options. Very crispy. Delicious! Decided to try Kyoto since it had been a while since I had sushi last. Spicy tuna roll and the fried soft shell crabs were phenomenal. The crabs were perfectly fried and the tuna was delicious but not overpowering with its spice level. My only complaint would be that I unfortunately had to get it delivered instead of dining in but oh well. I'll definitely be giving Kyoto another try next time I'm in the Eagan area. Don’t get me wrong, I love Japanese food and I did 5 star other Kyoto locations. And is not that the food was bad, was just a really strange experience. My sashimi’s came in strange cuts (small cubes), it looks like leftover pieces of fish. (At least was fresh) When I asked why the sashimi was like that they just ignored me. Anyway, I really don’t know if was bad service or she couldn’t understand me… In the end, was a fair enough food, not my worse experience, but not repeatable.

Went for the AYCE sushi - food was really good! Was it the best sushi I’ve ever eaten? No, but for AYCE it was great. Lots of menu options, in addition to sushi (really enjoyed the tempura shrimp and mushrooms). Saturday lunch was $23.99. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

went on a sunday afternoon and ordered off the menu, not the all you can eat. food was good, our only issue is that my husband wanted to order a side of fried rice that is literally listed on the menu and he was told no because he didn't order a hibachi dish? Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

So glad my wife suggested that we go to Kyoto for our anniversary lunch. So many options and everything is fresh and FAST. They just keep the plates coming and everything was delicious. Our server Shirley was outstanding and super attentive and helpful. We highly recommend and will return! It's an amazing place!! Staff is very polite and attentive, they take suggestions preety well!! Now Talking about food , so it was served fresh and sizzling hot!! Sushi rice wasn’t mushy nor dry. They ran out of scallops, deep fried tofu and fried calamari. I was a little disappointed because it’s a restaurant and they should have all the ingredients for all the dishes. I came within hour after it opened. They could’ve told me they ran out when I ordered so I can go somewhere else to eat. Instead the some food was brought out then I was told what I wanted was out of stock. Anyways it's a part of luck, happens with anyone otherwise it was nice experience!! Came here for my brother's birthday (he loves this place). I got the all you can eat at dinner time. Honestly this was my first time eating sushi and it was really GOOD! lol I know that because I don't have it much my view might not mean much. My brother and uncle on the other had eat sushi alot and loved it. I also had other things on the menu and it was just as tasty. Here is photos of what we had. Yes I had a scoop of each ice cream flavor and yes it was good 🍨😋

10/10 best sushi place I’ve been to in my lifetime. The sushi rolls are phenomenal and I love the variety of the menu. I’ve been to a few other Kyotos, but for some reason I feel like the Eagan one does it best. The pricing is great especially if you go during lunch. All you can eat is around $25, so it can’t get much better than that for fresh sushi and hibachi!
