I've been to La Carreta many times. My go to favorite dish I would normally order is the New Enchiladas which I think are fantastic. Tonight I thought I would branch out and try something else. After studying the menu I decided to get Pollo Con Chipotle. I am SO glad I did, it was so good I can't quite put it into words. Needless to say I now have a new favorite. The Pollo Con Chipotle was the best tasting dish I've had in a long time. I'm a creature of habit and tend to stick with the same thing if I really like it but tonight I'm so glad I stepped out of my proverbial comfort zone.
