Pretty good atmosphere. Sevice,,,,ahh it was "okay". Waitress didn't seem to be to happy. It was dull and not to welcoming. Food,,,ahh. Ordered the surf n turf fajitas. It didn't come out sizzling like it was suppose to. Steak wasn't med. well like we asked. I know people may want strong drinks, I'm one that like enjoyable drinks. My experience here was good. Not busy, good atmosphere, great music and good food. Peyton was our server and she was nice. I’d come back here and recommend as a spot to visit. I recently visited La Hacienda and had an amazing experience. The server was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She recommended the best margarita I have ever had and the shrimp tacos were outstanding. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the food was served quickly. I moved to Newnan 3 years ago, and always been wanting to try this place. Right when we got there staffs greeted friendly and seated us. It was little after lunch hour but basically empty for some reason. Anyways, it seemed pricey, but the portion of the entrée and the taste was WORTH IT! I would definitely go back 😌 Oh, kids meal chicken nuggets were a little over cooked so my daughter was not thrilled with her dried up store purchased nuggets. Hubby and I ended our wedding anniversary by watching a football game at Hacienda in Newnan. This restaurant is conveniently located off I-85. There are shops and other restaurants nearby. It's a busy area. We had only salsa, chips, and iced water. The service was slow but friendly. Prices are reasonable. It seems more people choose to spend time away from the home kitchen for Christmas. Lots of people made this restaurant their choice. We plan to visit again and order a full meal. My review is for a to-go order: I ordered the Birria tacos and a horchata and they did not disappoint! The tacos were PACKED with meat and flavor, the rice was fluffy and had good flavor as well. It came with three different salsas, all were good but the RED salsa was fantastic! The chips were good but I’m not a chips guy. The horchata was good as well and was a welcome way of finish the meal. The bartender was attentive but definitely could have had some help, she seemed to be doing a lot, just by herself. Overall, I really enjoyed my food and would definitely eat here again but dine in and enjoy the food while it’s fresh and hot! The first time here and it is delicious!! Atmosphere is great, food is awesome and service too... I wish they had a nice place like this near my home because all we ever get is the most basic bland Mexican food, and tangy margaritas. Not here though. Love this place.. I was in Newnan for work from Michigan. The food and margaritas are amazing! Presentation is great, food was delicious, and margaritas were both delicious and strong! Got there from a day at the lake, I was hungry like the wolf. Got right in , got seated, Melissa cane in like a hawk on a mission, she took our drink order, the our food order. The food came out quicker than expected but I did like the mariachi band, they were playing Christmas songs when we came , the Pink Floyd," the wall", then other 80s songs, I mean, this is a Mexican restaurant , I wanna hear Spanish songs wasn't amused. But the highlight was Melissa, hard worker, quick and nice and prompt. I would drive from perimeter just for service like her. I'm conflicted. The food was excellent but the waitress was very inattentive. Full disclosure,, there were 9 of us. The mariachi band was superb! ...let's talk about our experience. It started with the drink order. We all requested water while others had sodas and mixed drinks. We waited and waited but our drinks never came. One of my friends went to the bar and noticed that our drinks had been sitting there. The bartender had someone else bring the the drinks after remaking the special drinks. Eventually our waitress returned to finally take our order. Several people in our group have allergies so we were careful not to order anything with the items. Again we waited and waited while watching other people who arrived and ordered after us receive their food. Then our food came with almost everything we asked to be excluded. We called the manager over. He was very helpful. We were instantly given endless chips and salsa. He personally delivered some of our food. After we started to enjoy our meal our waitress finally came back to check on us. As I said in the beginning the food was awesome but the waitress we endured.
