I ordered the Bistec de Palomilla which I normally enjoy very much. For starters the steak was tasteless. So much so I had to put salt on it. Something I never do. It was served with raw diced unions which I do not find appetizing. Last but not least, the rice was clumpy. I also ordered a Maracuya. You know when something is left uncovered in the fridge? That’s what the juice tasted like. The only plus was that the waiter was very nice. The food is definitely not worth the price! I’ve been coming here for years. My complaint is about my last visit. I always order the same thing. I saw discrepancies in the consistency of the product and I addressed the waitress about it and she was very defensive and rude. She rang the order under Cristian, which I know that wasn’t her name. Her description is long dark hair and glasses. My check is usually over 20$ and I understand isn’t a high check this is why I tip 50% but today I couldn’t do that. I understand when someone is overly busy or if they are having a bad day but this lady was plain rude. I have a waitress I like to sit with and she is not always here. I absolutely loved this place the food was sooo delicious 😋 everything from soup, main entrée to the dessert was really good!! Can't wait to go back! The service was great as well everyone was very nice and helpful with my questions of the different selections of meals to chose from. They should choose better the employees who give them the responsibility of being the manager of this place, as is the case of the lady who claims to be the manager of the bakery at night!! The treatment on her part was terrible, not to mention that she never wanted to identify herself since she did not have the knowledge to make a print previous receipt, she had to call someone to tell her how to do it, because they had put extra money in our account and she didn't know where it came from hahaha. That is why they have lost clients because as owners they should supervise more the people who take care of their business and the clients who visit it!! It's a shame that because of people without experience or knowledge of what customer service is, restaurant owners lose quality!!!

I am a regular customer of Latin American & Cafe. I stopped by the other day for a quick bite to share with my wife,so I ordered a club sandwich with fries and two natural drinks made of maracuyá. The order was big enough and well prepared, delicious flavor, crispy fries and the maracuyá excellent. I recommend this place to everybody, Good food, service and prices.
