I was throwing my husband a surprise "Freight 50 Birthday Party". He has been working in the freight train industry for 30yrs, and is also an avid train enthusiast. So I was looking for a non kiddie themed train cake. Le Sucre was literally my best decision in finding the perfect cake! The lead chef/owner is an "Artistic Genius" who listened to my vision and exceeded all my expectations. It looked phenomenal and tasted Heavenly, it was one of the best cakes I've ever had. All my guests were asking where I got the cake from, for their own events bc it tasted so Delicious! I got Tiramisu cake, it was so moist and each flavor was bold and prominent, but yet cohesive a mouth full. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Birthday Cake

I ordered a rosette cake from Le Sucre for my cousin’s bridal shower and it was absolutely perfect! The interior had the perfect amount of flavor (I chose red velvet), and was not too sweet which is something I always prefer. The guests loved the cake and everyone asked where it’s from. We also got two complimentary cupcakes with the cake and they were also delicious. Highly recommend and will be ordering again from here! Thank you to chef Mina!

Le Sucre cakes did an amazing job for a recent graduation cake I custom ordered. Chef Mina perfectly translated my rough sketch into a fantastic cake! Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted great too! For any future custom cakes, I will be working with Le Sucre again!

We have bought numerous delicious cakes and cupcakes from this shop for the past few months. Such a dedicated and creative cake shop in town. Big thanks to all especially chef Mina for such an amazing 1st birthday cake of our son, everyone was blown away by it. Not only did it look amazing but tasted fantastic as well. Our favorite Mocha and Green Tea chiffon cakes from them never disappoints! Ordered some custom cakes a few years back for my baby shower and my sons 1st birthday cake and they were very delicious! Can’t wait to order more!

I am very picky about bakery goods. My mother was a wonderful baker and everything was always homemade. I was impressed when I walked into the store and posted was that real butter is used. The owner and I spoke about not knowing what the long list of ingredients are when buying commercial cakes. Really all you need is butter, flour , vanilla and some other simple ingredients. Not only were the owners nice but the cupcakes looked pretty and tasted wonderful. Do yourself a favor and shop local and buy from this delicious bakery. You won't be sorry. I certainly will be coming back!!!
