We’re vegetarians and it hasn’t been so easy to find places that serve vegetarian food in Mardin. Leyli Restaurant was not only very welcoming, also had amazing selection of vegetarian food. Our kind Uğur was absolutely great, he made us feel very special with his attention. It’s a wonderful place to go in Mardin. The restaurant is so cozy and has antique decor and elements inside. We had a wonderful lunch today. The location is very nice and cozy. The service is great. We ordered filled ribs (450 TL) and chicken plate (400 TL). The salads were for free. The portions were big and the food was very delicious. The price for Ayran is too high (75 TL)… probably the most expensive ayran i had in Turkey. We loved the food and the location. We selected this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Asked them to set up the table (for an additional fee). I would recommend opting out the fix menu and indulging in diverse options instead. My favourites are the mezze platter, the traditional soup, and the stuffed rib. This restaurant is a total disappointment. The food was good but way overpriced, and they were pushy about doing the set menu. When we asked for the bill, they had the nerve to charge everyone at the table 250 TL each (December 2023) for a music fee without any advance warning. There was no information about the fee in (or outside) the restaurant, on the menu or when we booked. Plus we had given the musicians tips when they came around the table. Delicious food, top-notch service, and live music We liked this restaurant really a lot! It was top-notch service, the atmosphere was excellent with live music on a Saturday night. The food was delicious, the Assyrian wine was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated all our requests, e.g., a nice table, tea during the dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very nice, with people enjoying the music and dancing. We thank the staff, especially Izeddin Bey and his colleagues. Cumartesi aksamimiz icin mukemmel bir yemek ve eglence oldu. Hem mezeleri hem Suryani sarabini cok sevdik. Canli muzik, ortamin atmosferi, ve restoran calisanlari ile hersey keyifli bir aksam icin muazzamdi. Arada temiz hava almak icin de bahce cok guzeldi. Izeddin Bey ve ekibine cok tesekkur ederiz.
