Has such a wonderful experience at this Longhorn location! The food was good and served promptly. But what stood out most was the down home, excellent customer service from our waitress Ms Jennifer. I want to call her Ms Jen Jen because she was a true delight and took care of all of her customers with the same high quality standard. Such a surprise delight at an airport restaurant. Can’t wait to dine there again on my return flight.

I recently visited Longhorn Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport and overall, I had a positive experience. The ambiance and decor were pleasing, and the food was delicious. However, during peak times, I noticed that the restaurant was understaffed, which led to longer wait times for service. Additionally, there were a few delayed flights, which seemed to put pressure on the kitchen, causing some delays in getting our food. Despite these challenges, the staff remained friendly and attentive. I believe with a bit more staffing during busy periods and improved coordination, Longhorn Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport could provide an even better dining experience. Overall, I would give it a 4-star rating for the tasty food and the efforts of the staff under challenging circumstances.

Airport location. I probably won't eat at Longhorns again in general but nothing horrendous. Drinks were good. I ordered a steak to go (to take on the connecting flight) but it was presented to me for dining in. So I quickly scarfed it down before heading to my flight as it was boarding. And to be honest I have had much better steaks. Maybe not too many steaks get ordered at the airport? Not sure. The broccoli side was not too bad tho. I had to wave around to get my check (this is unusual because typically at most airport places I eat at they know you have a flight to catch and so are quite quick at getting that check to you). It was too pricey for the quality of food I received and the overall experience. I would go somewhere else next time I need food at the airport and will avoid Longhorns in general. I started this review as a three star but now realize after writing that it was pretty much a 2-star experience.
