A long time favorite BBQ Spot…The sausage is the only place that makes their own with brisket in the area. I grew up in Everman and have always been fond of Longoria’s. Coming back to town is reminiscent of the Sunday dinners we’ve had with their food! Thank you for still being open serving your customers! Food was absolutely disgusting. The Brisket sandwich was sooo dry that I thought it was beef jerky and not brisket. The sausage sandwich was not even sausage it was bratwurst overcooked and dry. Two of my coworkers were not even able to finish eating their brisket sandwich because of how overcooked it was and dry. Nothing tasted good and the barbecue sauce was just a cup of water with very minimal sauce added to it. VERY disappointing experience and I do NOT recommend that anyone eat at this restaurant. The icing on the cake was they DO NOT even have ribs available at all yet they are on the menu. STAY AWAY!!! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Unfortunately they are not going to throw nothing away. Especially meat. They will keep reheating until gone. Got to eat it or just get your money back! Ask for sample before you order! Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Just my opinion but the bbq was not that great, would not return Fries were soggy and not crispy, and the rub seasoning was underwhelming. Sausage which is sausage brisket I guess has no flavor to me. The brisket itself on the brisket sandwich was cooked great, however not much flavor. (Lots of fat too) Worst of all was the bbq sauce to me. Watery and flavor was pretty gross. Mostly edible but not enjoyable. The service is nice, but this place doesn't cut it flavor wise for me. We've been coming to Longoria's for years. The food quality and employee friendliness have never declined. We are always warmly greeted and feel welcome. The food is delicious, and we look forward to supporting this local small business for many years to come. We drove all the way from Garland,Tx to try Longorias Bbq…and let me tell you…it was sooo worth it!! Excellent customer service! The food was great! We ordered brisket and sausage plate and it was delicious! We will definitely come back!

Hands down some of the best sliced angus beef I've had in my life and the sausage was a perfect balance of juice and smoke. Green beans, pintos, potato salad, and macaroni salad were also delicious. Great family owned bbq joint.

Great BBQ. French fries have their rub on it. The rub has a touch of sugar. The sausage burgers and brisket all made here. And if you just want something small, you must try their brisket CHILI. This is a great hole in the wall stop. David Longoria is the owner of a long time family owned business past on by generations. 5 Stars+

This is a small hole in the wall spot that has some good food. Potato salad is premade but still good several places use same distributor. Pinto beans were nice and tender without distracting flavors. Ribs were fall off the bone and not fatty. Sausage is unique, they make it in house with brisket so it's lean and not greasy I really liked it. Brisket was very tender, was pulling it apart with just my fork, unfortunately it did not have any smoke flavor to it but it was still very flavorful. Sauce is lacking a little, it has a good flavor but it's thin and doesn't really go with the other flavors. Great price for what I received, I will definitely be back.
