I wrote a review of this place 5 years ago. I used to come here in HS to get work done. Now I'm graduated from college (wow time flies) and back to do more work. My 16oz Chai was $7 so the drinks are not cheap but the big selling factor is the excellent upstairs loft with various tables and chairs to do work. It can be quite crowded so bring headphones if you are distracted by noise and want to be productive. A very solid spot. Love the upstairs set up! cozy tables and chairs, and great wifi. come here often, often with family. Five stars *UPDATE*: often have good experience here, but today (Carriage Parade) I had a whole different experience. Lines were managed fine (full staff) but another issue I just witnessed has me absolutely flummoxed. I am staring at my Peppermint Mocha, unable to drink it, and fully knowing I (and likely my family) will never be back here. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
