Food is great and drinks are decent but a cover charge of 10 bucks to see a band is dumb! Seriously we were in the bar having food and drinks then a security dude requires us to pay for the band that played. On top of that a girl was injured on the dance floor and the security guard didn’t do anything. Barely grabbed some ice then sat his butt down on a chair. Useless and didn’t do his job! Cover charge and security not doing his job. Never going back when this place has weekly music! Not a fan and want my cover charge for a band played. If you are going to have live music each week then it should be free since you are making money off drinks and food. Maybe think twice before coming to this establishment. The bouncer kicked a girl out for allegedly showing her breasts problem is they waited hours to ask her to leave and she was with a group of 12 people that were around her the entire time. The GM said she could stay and the bartender said the bouncers were lying so if you look at the idiots wrong the hired bouncers kick you out because they don’t like how you look. It’s a bit racist if you ask me. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I will not go back. The only good thing to be said for this place was the chicken sandwich was good. However, the fries were barley warm, my husband's fish that came with fries was over done and it took forever to get refills on drinks. Service was extremely slow. This is my first time eating here, my burger was average at best and the Cajun tots were horrible, sprinkling some Cajun seasoning on tots that taste like old fryer grease isn't remotely close to the 3 dollar upcharge. The southwest egg roll appetizers are terrible, for how bad they are and what you get they should be 4 dollars not 14. I went to this place on 12/12/23, with two peers of mine during a business trip. We opted to go there for lunch. We enjoy good food and the waitress was great. The issue happened when I returned back home from my business trip, I saw that the transaction that took place on Mainstreet, was still showing pending status after a month. I reached out to my bank and they're stating that it's on the vendor's side. So I called Mainstreet and a lady answered, I asked to speak with a manager because there was a pending transaction that I needed to know how to resolve. She puts, Kaleb or Calib, I don't know how his name is spelled because he "refused to give his personal information".. He refused to help me with my pending card transaction and hung up on me twice. I was trying to get this transaction resolved so that his business could be paid.. But he rather be a jerk and refuse to spell his name and help his business get paid.. what an a$$hole! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place because of this jerk. And I'll stop worrying about having his payment processed for his business. If he's not worried, why should I? That manager needs to have a lesson or two on customer service. Most of them wear their names on their name badges and he can't spell it out for someone on the phone? Rediculous! Don't spend your hard earner money here, this manager does not deserve anyones business! The food and service were great, I've got quesadilla for starters and then their ruben, all filling and delish! And the concert is on Fri&Sat at 8.30, I did not stay this time, but will swing by the next time 4 sure, Sounds like $10 per person. Loved the place a lot Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I understand stuff can happen but last nights poor service turned me off to Mainstreets for good (at least dinner) They were short staffed on a packed night. Not only was our waitress rude when she was able to find time to wait upon us but she also warned us not to obtain beverages for ourselves from the bar. we were waiting 20 min and decided to take some pressure off the waitress and grabbed a round from the bar. when she saw that she let is have it. Finally. tickets were published online at $10. They just decided to charge $15. at the last min......not good. We came for the cover band Drink182. We had ordered a few drinks throughout the night but our server, Anthony, kept disappearing causing us to consistently go to the bar for drinks. When the time came to pay the tab, we each paid our tab but when we decided that 10% was fair for drinks and his efforts. He came up to the individual who paid the with the crumpled receipt demanding a larger tip in front of our group. A larger tip was provided but only because Anthony wouldn’t leave him alone about it. Very nice place! Great stage set up. Great bands, food is really good too! My wife always gets the Reuben egg rolls & loves them, I love the grill chicken Cobb salad & the Chicken Alfredo is good too! 😋Note: There is a $10 cover if you stay for the band. Been here many times, they have some great bands there.
