It looks like a good place to eat from outside but it wasn't actually. Literally, it was the worst italian food I have eaten in my whole life. I wish I could say I had a good experience but I was extremely dissatisfied. The atmosphere was nice, but the treatment and lack of communication with management is terrible. After asking to move seats, or to be accommodated by turning the fireplace down (only for it to be turned immediately back up), trying to scoot the table itself further from the fire with no luck; my sister received 2ND DEGREE BURNS from the fireplace directly behind our table. We had to take her to the ER for treatment after realizing on the long drive home she was starting to blister where her back was to the fire. We tried contacting management multiple times, only to be given attitude and victim blamed by the "manager" Luis. The management team has had no accountability for the injury. The event we were attending was a birthday party that we paid an incredible amount for, just to be ignored all night about how hot the fire was at the backs of our chairs.
