The service was good. There was only one server and she was friendly, & attentive. There was another person there, my hope is that he wasn’t serving, I saw him playing with his tongue with his finger. (Gross) the Salsa was amazing, however if you want seconds of chips and salsa you will be charged $4.00! The tacos I got were just, okay. All in all definitely not worth the $25.00 I paid. I went with my husband for lunch. I was excited to go to a new restaurant. The greeting was sub-par. He seemed to not care whether we there or not. We sat at the bar. The waitress was also the bartender so she was busy but she was very pleasant. The salsa and chips were just okay. The salsa was good but the chips were thick and hard. We shared the 4 taco plate, 2 chicken/2 beef. The chicken was so dry with no flavor. I took a bite and told my husband that he can have the rest. I was going to order a different meal but I then saw the guy that greeted us was standing behind the bar and playing with his tongue using his index finger. I was very disappointed. It was our first time at Manuel's Steak House in Del Rio, Texas. Good atmosphere. We were seated right away. Service was very slow due to only two waitresses and a helper and tonight it was very busy. ( Tuesday, December 26th.) Friendly service. We ordered the same food (we tend to almost like the same everything 😊) Medium well ribeye steak with a baked potato, salad on the side. Three stars for the food. Steak was okay, very little taste, baked potato was passable, not cooked all the way. Must remember to tell your server how you like your baked potato topped or they will serve it with only butter and lots of cheese! Lol. I did feel that the prices were a little high for so little food in some of the other meals I saw on the menu. Great customer service, food is a bit greasy needs a bit more flavor for my taste but very filling. Unfortunately some customers may be a bit entitled, the one next to us international or unintentionally bumped several times on one of us. seemed rude to us. Sin duda alguna el peor lugar que he conocido para comer en Del Rio Texas , la mesera grosera y sin atención…. Espero un día cierren porque la gente merece un lugar digno donde comer , no nos hacen un favor estamos pagando por un servicio que no ofrecen… cuando entenderán eso!!! Meal type Dinner
