I am quite picky when it comes to pizza and thought Marco's pizza was good. My 10 year old however does not like pizza at all. Not the frozen pizza, not Chuck E Cheese or Pizza Hut or Gatti's. But she liked Marco's Pizza. She explained that she liked it because the sauce wasn't sweet. 10 stars if I could.

Customer service standards seem to have declined.
Tonight, I placed a delivery order with the new Marco's at 6:15 PM, with an estimated delivery time of around 6:47 PM. When the order didn't arrive, I called the store at 7:15 PM to inquire about it. They informed me that the driver was returning with the order because it had been sitting too long and they needed to make a fresh pizza.
Frustrated, I decided to drive to the store at 7:45 PM to pick up my order myself. Upon arrival, I requested they remove the delivery charge, which they did. They didn't offer a receipt, they just told me it was reversed. I had to ask for one and when I did, everything looked in line. Not until I got home I noticed the tip was still included. What exactly did I tip for here?
On top of that, the pizza was just...not good.
I understand that restaurants can get busy and I try to have as much patience as is reasonable for an exchange of goods and services and I hate writing bad reviews but when you feel robbed after a transaction it's just really disheartening.
Management - Don't respond with "I'm sorry your order didn't go well" and offer a one time fix. That doesn't solve anything. You've lost us as a customer, try not to lose more.
