I'd never heard of Marco's until I visited this place years ago. And they always been good. Once I ordered some food but they were unable to deliver it to me. The next day they delivered to me free of charge. I was next expecting that. Marco's of Thomasville, NC is a class act! An almost 40 minute wait tonight for pizzolis and they were absolutely disgusting. The dough and cheese were completely raw throughout all 3 that we ordered. $30 in the trash. I have been ordering on and off from Marco's for a month and understand there is no such situation as food perfection everytime. The Marco's customer service was noteworthy via telephone conversation with the On-Duty Manager. On-Duty Manager said it was a glitch in the ordering system, which caused an incorrect order delivered. I got the refund processed thru the third party delivery service and made sure the driver kept their tip. Thanks again and have a good year. I've had pizzas from here multiple times and they were fine. But today's pizza was really good. I mean as good as Ive had in ages. I ordered on the app. Great app. Easy to use. I messed up and customized it by adding parmesan cheese crust topper in addition to the regular crust. I will do this from now on. The two types of pepperoni really work on this pizza. Fast and friendly service. We ordered two large pizzas and brownies for a total of $26. The pizzas themselves were fine! We also ordered the garlic and Parmesan crust the seasonings were falling off the crust. I would order from here again. Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Marcos Pizza in Thomasville NC is always better than others in our area. Orders usually are fast and accurate when ordering online. Generous Toppings (puts other pizza places to shame) friendly people, mmmm delicious pizza - worth skipping the High Point location (HP almost always gets the toppings wrong, slow n undercooked pizza & cancels orders often when it’s less than 2 hours before closing). Definitely WORTH the drive to Thomasville Marcos Pizza - our family’s favorite pizza especially when coupons are offered. We LOVE Thomasville Marco’s Pizza!!!
